From Tennis to Property Development
Graeme, Adora Foster and Adrian Montesinos have been living in Asia for over 30 years. Based in Hong Kong and over the past 12 years regularly visiting Cebu Philippines. In 2014 they built their own residence.
While running a successful Tennis business in Hong Kong, Graeme Foster and Adrian Montesinos helped establish the Cebu International Tennis Centre building, where the two were instrumental in building and renovating 8 tennis courts in Consolacion.
Over the years they brought tennis to hundreds of children in Cebu, contributing to sustaining a business model and helping fund local school projects. Adrian and Graeme established the first joint venture with CLS Properties in 2008, and over the years they forged a close friendship with CLS’s CEO Ken Salimbangon, taking them away from the tennis courts and into the property development business.
